Membership of Bognor and Arun Chess Club costs only £47 per annum and just £24 for juniors.

This includes entry into all of the club tournaments and makes the fee one of the cheapest for chess in the south.

The chess club plays all year round so it works out at well under £1 a week. New players are very welcome to try us out for a couple of free evenings before paying a membership fee.

The competitive season runs from September until May, when the club's annual meeting and distribution of prizes is held. A summer tournament runs in between.
